Carr<\/strong><span>\u00a0, received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Texas, Austin. He spent many years in retail and hospital pharmacy. The last 18 years his career were spent in the pharmaceutical drug development industry. For the last 14 years he is semi-retired and consulting for an independent review board that reviews clinical research studies for the safety of the volunteers and patients involved in those studies. Now that Raymond is semi-retired from pharmacy, he is enjoying his favorite avocation, singing and playing the baritone, tenor and u-bass ukuleles.
